Living with a brain tumor can be exhausting and overwhelming. Often when I speak with patients and families, I hear that they have received so many materials, emails, doctors’ notes, etc, that they just can’t seem to get organized.
Here's an opportunity to see resources we have highlighted in the past again! This way, if you’re cluttered, busy, overwhelmed, forgetful, or just disorganized, you have another try at accessing useful resources.
Financial Aid 101 - A list of resources for managing financial concerns and getting assistance with a variety of treatment-related and other expenses.
Body Image - How you feel about your body can affect your mood and outlook. Within this community, side effects from treatment may cause a physical change. For others, treatment may not cause a physical change, but can still leave you feeling different and possibly uncomfortable in your own skin.
Managing your Headaches & Symptoms - For many brain tumor patients, headaches are a disruptive and painful symptom that can become a part of daily life. Below are resources that can help you manage these symptoms…
Five Wishes and Brain Hospice - Many patients and families call with questions about hospice. Each experience will be different. However, there are resources that can help you know what to expect and help you and your loved one plan as the transition into hospice care is made.

I would comment that my brain tumor attacked my organizational skills. The skills I had to employ were not the skills I used to use.organizationally. I had to adapt and learn new skills to cope with any deficits, or seek the help you mentioned.
