A few days ago my mom got an MRI. She gets them every three months and have them read a week later. In September, 6 months ago, we received news that there was growth after a year (give or take) of remission-like results. However, three months later in late December we found out that there was no change. It was then that the doctors clarified that her tumor is not as severe as once thought. Instead of a grade 3, it was more of a grade 1 or 2. Still, she is going to get an MRI every three months as a precaution. On Tuesday, we'll be getting her results and wish us luck!!! (:
